Acid Bath In this application, the PM Bowle boiler is used to heat up an acid bath. A custom made coil inside the bath tranfers the heat from the glycol to the acid. It maintains a temperature of 140 degrees F. The acid is used to sterilize the steel going through. Honey sterelisation Place: Le Musée de l'abeille (Bee Museum), Ste-Anne de Beaupré (Québec) Application: Honey Sterelisation In this application, two PM Bowle boilers were used for honey sterelisation. The boilers heat up the honey at a very precise temperature for the sterelisation of this one. The heating of the secondary loop (heated slab) is made by an injection circulator modulated by a heat level control in the slab. The system starts and runs on a pre-set sequence mode. Start up and pre installation test runs are made at our plant before delivery. Building Office Location : Groupe SM Project : Office building Application : ( Sandwich base ) with a CEB-200 boiler including the accessory base to house the modulation system. Component : Roof top base unit including a hot fluid coil, with a transition conduct. It also include a boiler, a circulator, a three way valve, pipes and insulation. Air supply and demand sensors to allow the modulation is also part of the system. Pre-installation trial runs and efficiency test are made at the factory before delivery. The secondary system is heated by a heat exchanger with a hot water reserve. Radiant Floor Location : Charlesbourg - Québec Applications : Floor radiant heating system. Specifications : Heating system with a primary loop consisting of 2 CEB-200 boilers with its circulator. The heating of the secondary loop (radiant floor) is made by an injection circulator, modulated by the temperature supply by the heat from the floor. Modulation Projects : Office building, laboratories, restaurant, etc. Applications : Cold fresh air heating and floor radiant heating. Specifications : Complete unit with accessories.
